Non-profit Training Several years ago, our Community Foundation launched its N*STAR program (Nonprofit Support, Training and Resources). The program provides free brown bag seminars on topics of nonprofit management and governance, and also half-day and full-day workshops. The office maintains a lending library of materials on topics of interest. Staff are available to meet with a board member or executive director regarding a special need a non-profit organization might have, such as starting a new 501c3 corporation, a funding crisis, leadership transition, or complex collaboration. |
