Non-profit Training

Several years ago, our Community Foundation launched its NSTAR program (Nonprofit Support, Training and Resources).  The program provides free monthly brown bag seminars on topics of nonprofit management and governance.  It also provides half and full-day workshops.  The office maintains a lending library of materials on topics of interest.  And staff are available to meet with a board member or executive director regarding a special need a nonprofit organization might have such as starting a new 501c3 corporation, a funding crisis, leadership transition, or complex collaboration.

This initiative is generously supported by a gift from the Bacon Family Foundation.

N*STAR – MARCH 2008 SCHEDULE
Updates to the NSTAR schedule are sent out via our e-mail distribution list on a monthly basis. If you would like to be added to the list, please e-mail crhodes@wc-cf.org.
