Financial Management

The WCCF’s assets are invested for long-term moderate growth.  WCCF establishes its investment policy and then hires a handful of professional investment managers to manage assets.  Performance is monitored quarterly, with detailed reports provided by the investment managers and performance measured against established benchmarks.  WCCF is pleased that its annual returns last year, net of investment manager fees, was almost 12%.

For a copy of our investment policy, a list of investment managers, our fee structure or any other information, please contact our office.

The Western Colorado Community Foundation’s most recent annual 990 tax return is available upon request.

Our financial statements are audited each year by an independent auditor.  Our most recent audit is also available upon request.
