Affiliate Funds ctd. Our regional community foundation works with civic-minded leaders in local communities to establish permanent funds for community good. We also have special affiliation partnerships with smaller local community foundations in our region. Two Rivers Community Foundation (Glenwood Springs) In 2007, our regional community foundation began partnering with a local community foundation based in Glenwood Springs to provide donor education and endowment services in that community.
